We run our own delivery service across East Devon, Parts or Somerset and Dorset. These deliveries are made in our vehicle and frozen items are delivered in poly boxes to ensure they stay frozen. We will help customers put away their shopping if and when required! And of course, if you have any specific requirements regarding your delivery, please do let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
This delivery service is only offered to DT7, EX13, EX24, DT6, DT8, TA17, TA18, TA19, TA20, EX12, EX8, EX9, EX10, EX11, EX14, postcodes. Our delivery days are postcode dependent. Please see below.

Spend more than £30 for FREE standard delivery and more than £50 for FREE same-day delivery.
The deadline for next-day and same-day delivery is 1600hrs.
When you enter your postcode at the checkout, you will see which delivery options are available in your area.
Please contact us if you have any questions or if you require delivery outside of these postcodes.
Click and collect orders can be placed at any time during our business hours and will be ready for pickup within 30 minutes. If you need to pick something up the same day, please check our opening hours.
We deliver all of our orders ourselves, using our own vehicle. Because our vehicle is not refrigerated, frozen orders may arrive in a polystyrene box.
We will leave it in the safe location you specified on the delivery details or in a location we believe is secure. To ensure that our frozen items stay frozen, we delivery them in polystyrene boxes.
If we believe we cannot leave the order safely, we will try again that day, contact the customer, try a neighbour’s house, or reschedule delivery for a different day.
If you want, you can keep the polystyrene box. If you are in when we deliver your order, we are happy to wait for you to unload it, which we can assist you with if necessary.
If you were out when we delivered your order, you can either keep it until we return or stop by the shop if you’re passing by, whichever is more convenient.
We do return the polystyrene box for recycling or reuse.
